2025–26 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Title II: Adult Education Family Literacy Act (AEFLA)

Dear Adult Education Administrator:

We’re pleased to invite you to the 2026 New Administrator Orientation (NAO), scheduled for September 15–17, 2026. Please save the date!

This interactive orientation is designed to support new and recently appointed administrators by providing a practical overview of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Title II: Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA) grant requirements. Participants will also be introduced to key resources and tools to support effective grant implementation and ongoing compliance.

The NAO is intended for new grantees and staff from continuing agencies who have been in their roles for fewer than three years, including:

• Adult Education Administrators
• Principals
• Supervisory staff
• Staff who directly support grant activities
